- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process:
- Return Period: You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
- Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@flushfasteners.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly exchange the item for you at no additional cost.

We tried the product with a first small order and we were really impressed by the product quality.
Quality is awesome!
Unfortunately it didn’t work for the application that I need it for, I broke 2 as I tried to torque them down
The rest are still in the container it came it, will find other uses for my application and will order M6 once in stock again
Great product! Difficult custom clearance in Italy but finally I’ve got the fasteners and they are excellent. It would be nice to have a place to buy them in Europe
