§ Giveaway rulesWin a pack of ten — official rules

1. Promoter. Flush Fasteners®, Daytona Beach, Florida, USA (“we”, “us”). Questions: info@flushfasteners.com.

2. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and buying from us does not improve your chance of winning.

3. Eligibility. Open to entrants aged 18 or over. Employees of Flush Fasteners, our distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for any taxes or import duties in your country.

4. Promotion period. Monthly draws run from the date these rules are published to 31 December 2027. Each draw covers valid entries received between 00:00 on the first day and 23:59 on the last day of that calendar month, US Eastern Time.

5. How to enter. Use the tool on this page, then submit your before/after image with a valid email address and tick the consent box. One entry per person per monthly draw — if we receive more than one from the same person or email address in a month, only the first is entered and the rest are discarded. Entries that are not your own photograph, or that contain material you do not have the right to share, are void.

6. Prize. One winner per monthly draw receives one pack of ten (10) flush fasteners in a size from our standard catalog, chosen by the winner, in the standard brushed 316 stainless finish. Approximate retail value US$50. Shipping is included. There is no cash alternative, the prize is not transferable, and we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the chosen size is unavailable. Prizes do not include by-inquiry finishes (polished, color match or black).

7. Selection and notification. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries within ten (10) business days of the end of each month. We will notify the winner by email to the address entered. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, we may draw an alternate. Our decisions are final.

8. Your image and your data. Submitting an entry sends your image and email address to us. We use them to run and judge the draw and to contact you about it. We will not publish, post or use your image in marketing without asking you separately and getting your agreement in writing. Entry images and details are kept for the duration of the promotion plus twelve months, then deleted. You may ask us to delete your entry at any time by emailing info@flushfasteners.com; deletion removes you from that month's draw.

9. Everything else on this page. Apart from an entry you deliberately submit, the tool runs entirely in your browser and no image is uploaded to us.

10. Changes. We may amend, suspend or end the promotion if it cannot run as planned. Any change will be posted here. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
