What are Flush Fasteners?
Flush Fasteners® makes F-Head™ flush-mounted screws: the top of the head is completely smooth, with the drive concealed inside the head instead of recessed into it, so the fastener sits level with the surface it secures.
What is the F-Head™ design?
The F-Head™ is Flush Fasteners' proprietary flush head: a completely smooth head with a concealed drive, built for flush-mounting applications while keeping the strength of a standard screw.
How is a flush fastener different from a countersunk screw?
A standard countersunk screw sits level but leaves an open drive recess (slot, Phillips, hex) in the surface. An F-Head™ leaves no open recess — nothing for cloth, skin, rope, dirt or bacteria to catch in, and nothing extra to clean.
What material are Flush Fasteners made from?
316 stainless steel, known for its corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments. Brushed, mirror, colour-matched and black finishes are available; non-standard finishes are by inquiry.
What sizes are available?
Metric countersunk machine screws M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8, and imperial #6-32, #8-32, #10-24, #10-32, 1/4-20, 5/16-18 and 3/8-16, in a range of lengths. The full list, with a drawing and STEP file for each part, is on the Shop page.
Do you offer screws for wood or sheet metal?

Can I order custom fasteners?

Why use flush fasteners in medical and cleanroom equipment?

Are Flush Fasteners suitable for outdoor and marine use?
