The Origin
Flush Fasteners® was established in 2022 by Brandon Serle and Jeff Serle with a clear focus: deliver fastening solutions that meet the demands of critical environments while maintaining clean, refined aesthetics.
With over 45 years of combined experience in cleanroom systems, containment, and precision engineering, our founders have spent their careers solving problems where details matter most.
The Problem
Traditional slotted and Phillips fasteners introduce recessed geometries that are difficult to clean and can interrupt otherwise seamless surfaces. In environments where cleanliness and visual precision are important, these features create unnecessary compromises.
The Solution: F-Head™
The F-Head™ flush fastener was designed to eliminate those compromises. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, it features a precision-engineered plunger mechanism that conceals the drive beneath a continuous surface, allows tool access when needed, and returns to a flush position after use.
With a clearance of less than 6 microns, the result is a fastening solution that is both functional and visually uninterrupted.
