Our Story

Flush Fasteners was established in 2022 by Brandon Serle and Jeff Serle with the core belief that specialized solutions are essential for maintaining contamination control and achieving desirable aesthetics in critical environments. With a combined experience of over 45 years in innovating cleanroom and critical containment equipment, our founders have been at the forefront of the industry.

The F-head flush fastener replaces centuries-old Slotted and Phillips head screws, which feature uncleanable recessed areas for tool insertion. This overdue innovation for critical environments eradicates the need for temporary and frequently unsuccessful attempts to fill these recesses, which can harbor contamination post cleaning.  The F-head fastener, manufactured from all type 316 L stainless, eliminates this issue cleaning after cleaning. The automated plunger seamlessly reverts to a flush position after the tool is removed, with a clearance of less than 6 microns.
